Tranquil Summer

Here is a sneak peek of my Tranquil Summer collection arriving in April! It is a fun, relaxed little collection for little one's that are ready to have some fun this summer! I am ready to have some fun this summer..I can't wait to do my favorite summer activity..take the kiddo's and the pup to the lake and read a good book. Right now I am reading the Poisonwood Bible...a really amazing read..I highly recommend it.

Justin will be hitting the road to Los Angeles on Saturday..I will be super sad to see him go but as most of you know..or at least the few of you that read this bloggage..we NEED him to go back to work so it is bittersweet. I can't wait for him to have a job but it has been fabulous having him home so long..can't have it all eh??

I am playing catch up on ebay..I have exactly 22 orders that I need to get out and I am trying my darndest to have them out by Monday..if you have been waiting I apologize..we all of a sudden were just swamped..a fab thing but man oh man I feel like I will never be caught up..I also have Mindy's order's in from all her shows..and wow..thanks Tennessee!! You guys Rock the BGR house! I am amazed and how well we did!! I need to show some LOVE to TN..will think of something soon for you TN ladies and gents!

I hope everyone is doing fabulous..I do have a day off tomorrow..we need to go hit the mainland and buy Justin some new tires for his journey south and I am meeting one of my best friends from high school..Shelley..for dinner..it has been over a year so I am looking forward to giving her a big ole squeeze and catching up with her life. It has been way too long!

I adore notes like this one and I am sorry if I have been lacking on the return emails..we are super swamped around these Northwoods..seriously it is amazing, fabulous, incredible and THANK YOU!!! Thank you all...I couldn't ask for anything more from my customers..you girls rock..and guys too! I have more fabulous customer photo's to share..just been so busy the bloggage tends to be sporatic..will try to add more very soon..

On the Ebay front...as you all might have heard there is a Strike happening this week..so that means we aren't supposed to list or buy or do anything on Ebay..(say the word strike to me and I shudder for the fact that the Strike just ended for Justin and the film biz...now that is a strike..affected everything about our life including the fact that I had Ebay to help us survive, pay the bills and feed my fam)..anyway to be honest with you..yeah it always SUCKS when companies make changes..especially when it comes to making our money..I pay my bills through 3 sources..my site, ebay, and occasionaly Etsy...so anywhoo..I don't want to make a big stand and such..I didn't even know about this whole thing until a few days ago so tell's you how much I really pay attention to it..I care about my customers and what you guys want...if you want me to list something..let me know... I will put it on the site or Etsy or Ebay is you prefer...if you need it this week! Otherwise...I won't be listing this week on Ebay just because sure I would like the feedback system to stay the same..and I understand that changes can be hard to adjust too and people seem to be really pissed off at the whole thing so honestly don't want to piss anyone off because I am listing..don't wanna rock the boat as they say..but I will not ban ebay..so will list again..I adore ebay..it gives me the opportunity to do sales..to meet loads of fantastic people..to have launches with people I would normally never have launches with..so I am not banishing ebay..and honestly it gives me a chance to catch up..like I said before I am busy and have loads of orders to fulfill..so that is my take...

On life..on my gosh..the sun was shiny bright today and tomorrow is supposed to be even sunnier..how fab is that! Justin will be heading to LA in a few weeks..we are painting our living room and putting in floors..hopefully before he leaves..we have concrete right now and the wood floors have been taking up much needed space and honestly I don't want to work the saw without him..I need my hands! Hoping my honey do list can have a few check marks on it before he leaves...the list seems to get way longer everyday!

Oh my hubby...

He is the sweetest thing..really he is..and I have to give him some bloggage love because times on work front are still tough for him.. his 2 days have come and gone so back to ironing all my bolts of fabric I have washed upstairs..and he much prefers sporting a tool belt than a hot iron!

Doesn't little Mads in the first pic look like she has 1 leg..too funny..I think I said that when I saw that whole launch thing for the first time..we did those when I was in a design group called the Stitchin Chicks..wow...ages ago! We did have fun with it though..I thought it was rather cool.

Here is another pic of hubby on Master and Commader..you know the film..the one with Russell Crowe..he looks pretty darn cute amongst all those extra's and crew members.

Oh the joy..

Of being young! Aren't these kiddo's just so darn cute!! Mindy ordered loads and loads and loads of samples for her shows that she is doing and did her own pic's too..I am still working on editing them for the site..but wanted to show some off. Totally sweet little joyful babes! Love em!! Loads and loads of smiles...don't they make you smile..they make me smile!

p.s..we are storming tonight..I am hoping the power stays on so we (I..Mona is off) can work tomorrow..well maybe secretly I am hoping for a power outage because I have a batch of hungarian goulash in the crockpot that is making the house smell delicious and I have the kite runner to read that my mama sent over..but really I want to work..really! I am hoping it won't be too bad..I have this tree that is leaning and has a split..a really really big tree..I will take a pic tomorrow..I hope that tree decides to stay upright tonight!

The man has a job!

For two whole days on a commercial in Seattle..hopefully some more commercials, movies and best yet..tv will be shooting soon. I certainly miss my tv shows!

On the work front..as I have been saying...busy busy! I have loads of new designs on the website..please feel free to shop! I also have loads listed on ebay. I have tons of new pictures I am editing and going through..it is a little overwhelming when 30 pictures come in at once so it may take me a moment or two. Mindy..from Cutest Kids..is having her first show this weekend in Franklin, TN..contact her if you want more info of her shows..that's about it. Really just busy..a great thing!
