Birthday Dress...Post

I just think this dress came out simply sweet! The cupcake applique is deliciously fun..and pretty...the dress is for a Birthday girl but I think she can wear it all spring and summer long...have to love that!

I am not stressing as much..loads of orders are flying out the door..today tons went out and even more tomorrow so that will catch me up a bit. I was worried I was getting a little behind but I am able to pop stuff out the door in about 5-6 days..not too bad. That is unless you have 3 or more sets..tee's are still slow from AA but soon that will be remedied as well and I can't wait!


On the homefront..hubby is still jobless but the writer's are talking and he has talked to a few guys that maybe..maybe he will be working next month..if he does I am going to do a little happy dance..the pressure will be off! I hope.

Anywho..better list a few more things and I hope you all are having a great night!

Birthday Dress..Pre. Production

I wanted to share this little dress with you guys too..in effort to redeem a birthday tee-dress that the shirt was too small (yep..still venting about that!) I sketched this little dress and really Love it and thankfully so does my lovely customer..I am doing short-sleeves for her which will be perfect for spring b-days!

I will share the completed dress when I am done..tomorrow night! It has priority tomorrow and thankfully Mona (my seamstress) is coming in bright and early..better hit the hay! I have a good 12-15 packages going out tomorrow..so don't fret if you have an order out..we are working hard!

Good Golly..Miss Molly

I am normally a pretty positive person but this week has me all stressed out! I had a tshirt dilema that I hope has come to an end..I use American Apparel tee's and they do run small so I normally go up a size anyway but one poor customer couldn't even get it over her little one's head..not that just isn't right. Makes me stress!! I ADORE my customers..they are amazing people and not a complaint out of them..I am happily exchanging all too small shirts so if you had a problem please let me know. I have also bumped up production on my tshirt manufacturing so I can come to a place where I can just stop using AA all together...that will be a happy happy day!

Onto happier things that are here now..I am updating my email lists because that has slacked as well and I keep seeing all these great kiddo photo's! This one I am going to ad back onto the site this weekend and on ebay too..Mint Chocolate Chip..isn't she just a dolly girl! As sweet as can be!

Off to try to sleep..I had an ice cream sandwich after dinner and it is still keeping me wide awake. Whoops!

Angel Baby

Justin took this pic of Mads a few days ago for a V-day promo..I just love it..she is my Angel Baby!

We are still waiting anxiously for the writer's strike to end..just heard that Warner Bros. is sending out one of those lovely lay off letters..one arrived from CBS a month or so ago for Justin..he worked for CBS on a few shows over the last years but it is something you don't open everyday. Makes me a little ill..I totally think the writer's deserve to be paid for their work...don't get me wrong..I just hope HOPE H...O..P..E it ends soon..it would be nice to know that the industry we both love will be back to normal soon..for so many of us. Not fun times..

On my biz front..the 15th is here in 5 days! I am so excited about the Spring Fling launch..been working my patootie on it so I am crossing my fingers you guys buy off the site..I really really need to end some of my ebay fee's and have always wanted to sell just off the site but ebay is a huge fun experience for me..I love Ebay! I really do..I think it is the best thing since sliced bread..but the fee's suck..

And Mindy from http://www.cutestkidsstore.com/ is gearing up to do her shows..I just popped 9 samples in the mail to her today and 4 or 5 more will be sent soon..I am excited to see how she does this season..and us too! I have totally enjoyed working with Mindy!

One last thing before I hit the hay...I have a few new things listed on Ebay..check it out!

And..I am doing a Launch on the 21st with the girl's of Wisteria Lane..it is going to be amazing..what a crowd! Talent galore!!!

I made it for Mads when the concept for BGR was just a far off idea in my head and she wore it for years and years..first as a dress than as a little top with pants or her diaper..totally cute! I adore pillowcase dresses!!

Happy New Year!! & A fun little contest...

I hope everyone has an incredible New Year!!

I have some resolutions this year. I will be doing a food journal and have decided that this year is the year I watch what I eat...and honestly I eat pretty darn good and don't like sweets too much..it is the cheese, wine and late night eating sessions that I am trying to stop so I loose the "baby" fat..especially since my babe is 8! Should be fun! I look forward to the challenge!
