I have quite a few more idea's for the knits and my tshirt's should be arriving sometime soon but I promised to have them on the site on the 25th and I did..phew!

Also I am having a SALE..a big ole Sale..on the site..loads of outfits slashed down so I can make room..honestly I just don't want to buy more hangers..anyone have some wooden hangers cheap for sale..I need loads!

Pure Awe

I am kicking myself for not taking my camera to the lake today but then I probably would have been fumbling for my camera and would not have had the experience that I did have..first off it was downright steamy here..like LA hot..sweaty weather so this afternoon we headed to the lake..Mads and I..well there were a group of people sitting at the picnic table and earlier they had caught some fish..one of the guys grabbed the one of the fish out of the bucket and tossed it in the air and it hit the ground..all of a sudden an Eagle comes swooping down not 10 feet away from me..going after the fish..the dude that tossed the fish..ran and grabbed it and tossed it again and 2 other Eagles came over my head just as glorious as anything I have every seen..I was in complete awe...then we discovered they have a nest just above the picnic table so we had the pleasure of listening to them talk back and forth and hang out..I am going back tomorrow with my camera in tow....what awesome creatures they are...

I know a blog isn't cool without a pic so I posted one of Justin..just because I enjoy looking at him! Miss ya..love...

Fort Casey

Here is another lovely location here on Whidbey..I really want to do a photoshoot here..also a little tidbit of film history..an Officer and a Gentlemen was partly shot at Casey..pretty darn cool!

I love the pic Justin took of our dad's..my dad..Volker and his dad..Richard. It is such a rare moment when they are in the same place..last time we were all together was Christmas about 5 years ago..too long!

Birthday..Girl!

Mads turned 9..here is just a smiggen of what happened at her party! We had a fabulous time!! We also played flashlight tag after dark..oh my gosh if you have never played it..PLAY it..email me if you want the game rules! So super fun!!

You may recognize one of the BGR models..we had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca and her clan..she just moved here a few weeks ago and it was so much fun to meet her and her fabulous family!

Little bun bun passed away just a few days ago and we had the funeral today in the yard next to our sweet dachsund Pita..Mads held it together pretty well..her friend came over and we all said how we felt about the little bunny that filled our hearts with sweetness. Now she wants a domestic bunny..oh boy.

We are busy busy this week..Saturday is Mads birthday party and Grammers & Grandpa..and daddy will be here on Wednesday! So we are doing some major spring cleaning around here..so if you email me and I don't answer right away it is just because I have a mop in my hand!
